ARC Solutions is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to help clients design, implement, and optimize their revenue operations processes in Salesforce and HubSpot. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of CRM experience who wants to work directly with clients, build scalable systems, and grow in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

At ARC Solutions, we partner with startups, growth companies, and public-sector organizations to transform how they manage revenue operations. We implement Salesforce and HubSpot infrastructure, streamline sales and customer success processes, and enable clients to make data-driven decisions. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will work directly with clients to understand their go-to-market processes and translate business requirements into scalable CRM workflows. You’ll configure Salesforce and HubSpot systems, build dashboards, manage data, and design automation that aligns with client needs. You’ll collaborate with client teams to ensure their CRM is not just functioning, but driving efficiency, clarity, and growth. This is a client-facing role where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of industries and RevOps challenges, with opportunities to grow into a consulting leader as ARC expands.

In this Role you will:

  • Work with clients to document sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
  • Configure Salesforce and HubSpot (objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards).
  • Manage CRM data quality, including imports, deduplication, and enrichment.
  • Design and implement automation to support revenue operations workflows.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to help clients track pipeline, renewals, and key KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide ongoing client support.
  • Create enablement documentation and train client teams on system use.
  • Contribute to ARC’s internal RevOps playbooks and best practices.

    Requirements
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot (administrator, analyst, or consultant role).
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations (sales processes, pipeline management, reporting).
  • Proven ability to configure CRM systems (custom fields, workflows, automation, reporting).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a consulting environment.
  • Bonus: experience with enrichment or integration tools (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, QuickBooks, FormAssembly, etc.).
