Salesforce Solution Architect

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and custom apps
• Define technical design patterns for data, integration, and security
• Provide guidance to developers and technical leads throughout implementation
• Conduct design reviews to ensure scalability, compliance, and maintainability
• Partner with clients on solution roadmaps and platform evolution
• Mentor team members and support pre-sales solution design when needed

• 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, including complex multi-cloud environments
• Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning, APIs, and middleware integration
• Salesforce Application or System Architect certification required (CTA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CJIS, SOC2)
• Excellent client-facing and technical leadership skills
