Salesforce QA / Test Engineer

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce applications
• Conduct regression, integration, and UAT testing cycles
• Log and track defects, collaborating with developers on resolution
• Validate system functionality, data accuracy, and user experience
• Automate test cases using Provar, Selenium, or similar tools where possible
• Ensure all releases meet security and accessibility compliance requirements

• 2–4 years of QA experience, preferably in Salesforce or enterprise CRM projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and testing tools
• Experience with API and data validation testing
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Experience with automation tools or CI/CD testing frameworks a plus
