Responsibilities
Facilitate discovery sessions and requirements workshops with client stakeholders
Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications
Partner with developers to design and validate Salesforce configurations
Manage backlogs, prioritize enhancements, and conduct UAT
Support change management and end-user training initiatives
Ensure solutions comply with privacy, accessibility, and data standards

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant
Deep understanding of CRM workflows, case management, and reporting
Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred
Excellent communication and requirements documentation skills
Experience working with government, legal, or education agencies a plus
