Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations, from discovery through deployment
Manage cross-functional teams across configuration, integration, and testing
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal delivery leads
Track milestones, budgets, and dependencies using agile project management methods
Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation plans proactively
Ensure adherence to ARC’s quality, documentation, and security standards

Requirements
5+ years of project management experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems
Demonstrated success leading technical projects in government or regulated environments
PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with agile delivery and public-sector procurement processes
