Salesforce Developer

• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
• Build and maintain API integrations with external systems and data sources
• Implement declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes)
• Conduct code reviews and enforce ARC development standards
• Support testing, deployment, and documentation of new features
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and integration tools (REST, SOAP)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (PDII a plus)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Experience with government or compliance-driven systems preferred
